Pilz PILZ-751167 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module with instantaneous contact expansion. It features DIN rail mounting for easy installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 100 mm, a net width of 17.5 mm, and a net depth of 120 mm, making it compact for integration into various systems. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. This part belongs to the PNOZ s7.2 sub-range and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and the housing is made of PC material. It operates in dual-channel mode and receives its supply voltage either with PNOZsigma s7.1 or with PNOZsigma expansion modules via PNOZsigma connector. The digital outputs include 4 x instantaneous safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series).
