Pilz PILZ-774141 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel safety relay contact expansion with an instantaneous contact expansion function. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 90 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It features safety output contacts rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is fixed screw terminals, and it requires a supply voltage of 93.5-132Vac (110Vac / 120Vac nominal). The PZE 9 sub-range part has a degree of protection of IP40 and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. Its power consumption is 7 VA. The operating modes include single-channel or dual-channel with or without detection of shorts across contacts. It offers 8 x instantaneous safety outputs (8NO / 8xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel). The protection functions include 2 operating modes, and it has 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA) plus 1 x feedback loop input (SPST with 2NC contacts in series).
