Pilz PILZ-G1000016 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an E-stop push-button and a PITreader. It features a LED indicator for the E-stop push-button which has 2NC + 1NO signal contact, alongside two illuminated push-buttons each with 1NO. The control station is equipped with a PITreader plug-in connector located on top. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and has a net height of 320 mm. The design incorporates a 30mm head diameter and supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current), 0.1A at 24Vdc for both DC-13 and signal output. Connection is facilitated through a top plug-in/detachable 12-pin M12 male connector and a 4-pin M12 male connector (D-coded; 10/100 Ethernet) for Ethernet communication. With an IP65 degree of protection and a supply voltage range of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal), the control station is housed in zinc with Ag contact and Au signal contact. It comes in various cap colors including white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with red and white buttons. The net width and depth are 40 mm each. The control station consumes 2.88 W of power and operates in a turn-to-release mode. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C and includes 1 x digital output for the PITreader transponder semiconductor output. The device has 3 NO auxiliary contacts, 2NC + 1NO for the E-stop, and 2NO for the illuminated push-buttons. Its response time is 10ms / 0.01 s for supply interruption before de-energization. Mechanical durability is rated at 50,000 operations for the E-stop contact and up to 1,300,000 operations for the NO contact under B10 rating, while electrical durability with load for the E-stop is 6050 operations.
