Pilz PILZ-490190 is a protection unit designed for standstill monitoring with a relay function, suitable for DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 94 mm. This unit features screw terminal connections and supports a supply voltage range of 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), belonging to the S1SW P sub-range. With dimensions of W22.5mm x D121 mm and a net width of 22.5 mm, it offers an IP40 degree of protection. The housing is made of PPO material. It is designed for a 3-phase (3AC) input network, consumes 2.5 W of power, and operates in a normally de-energized mode. The unit includes 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) for digital outputs, 1 x analog input for U-V voltage measurement, and 1 x analog output for voltage-U and current-I. Additionally, it features 1 x start contact input (Y3-Y4) for digital inputs and is equipped with standstill monitoring protection functions.
