Pilz PILZ-505223 is a non-contact door switch designed for safety applications, featuring a complete magnetic safety switch mechanism. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is designed for act series connection suitable for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch has a 30mm diameter, supports a rated current of 0.5A for safety-contact maximum current, and utilizes a 4-pin M8 male connector for connections. The dimensions of this part are W30mm x H30mm x L42.7mm, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The switch comes in a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape (M30) with a round actuator, constructed with a PBT housing for durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and features a yellow housing. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 26mm (Sar), and it includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts without any Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The contacts type is 2NO (safety contact; reed), ensuring the switch's functionality in safety circuits.
