Pilz PILZ-570777 is a door lock designed for handle-operated applications, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes three push-buttons: an illuminated button for activating the safety gate, a non-illuminated button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an E-stop sensing device with push-button, complete with color caps and an escape release bar. The actuator can be adjusted for right or left hinged gates. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and has a guard locking safe interlock coded switch, one illuminated push button, one non-illuminated push button, and one E-stop switch with actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions are W200mm x H465mm x L108mm, and it is protected to IP54 standards against dust and splashing water. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W. It operates in a power-to-unlock mode and features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety integration.
