Pilz PILZ-570801 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes three distinct push-buttons: an illuminated button for activating the safety gate, a key button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an E-stop sensing device button that serves as a spare part. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, one illuminated push button, one E-stop, and one key switch, with the switch part only. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions of this part are W46.5mm x H465mm x L74.5mm, and it is protected to a degree of IP54 against dust and splashing water. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W. It operates on a power-to-unlock basis. For interfacing, it provides 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
