Pilz PILZ-570806 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes three push-buttons: one illuminated for activating the safety gate, one non-illuminated for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and one emergency stop sensing device push-button as a spare part. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, one illuminated push button, one non-illuminated push button, and one section stop push button, with the switch part only. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions are W46.5mm x H465mm x L74.5mm, and it has an IP54 degree of protection, ensuring durability against dust and splashing water. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W, operating in a power-to-unlock mode. It features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety functionalities.
