Pilz PILZ-630380 is a safety light curtain designed for access and body protection with a single beam emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and features a 4-pin M12 male connector for both the emitter and receiver. This part falls under the Barrier sub-range and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67. It requires a supply voltage of 20Vdc to 30Vdc, with an optimal 24Vdc. The PILZ-630380 has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel body made from ABS housing, a PC fixing nut, and a PMMA optical surface. It measures 68.2mm in length and supports a maximum cable length of 50m. The sensing distance of this safety light curtain spans from 0 to 40m, utilizing a laser light with a wavelength of 650 nm. It is designed for a single beam distance and has a net depth of 68.2 mm. For storage, it can withstand ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 0.33ms or 0.00033 s, with a current consumption of 35mA.
