Pilz PILZ-630725 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting 30mm opaque objects across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a protective height of 1050mm. This unit features a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and a 5-pin M12 connector for the receiver, falling under the Basic sub-range category. With dimensions including a net height of 1133.2 mm, a net width of 32.3 mm, and a net depth of 36.9 mm, it is encased in a yellow-painted aluminium housing with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP65. The PILZ-630725 operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has a maximum power consumption of 2W for the emitter and 3W for the receiver without load. It supports a sensing distance from 0.2m to 19m with an infrared LED light color at a wavelength of 950 nm, featuring 56 beams with a 30mm beam gap. The device also includes 2 digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, a response time of 17ms, and allows for a maximum cable length of 50m.
