Pilz PILZ-630746 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. It features both manual and automatic restart functions, an External Device Monitoring (EDM) Reset, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. This unit has a net height of 1283.2 mm and is part of the Basic sub-range, with a protective height of 1200mm. It offers an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and a PMMA front screen, colored yellow. It supports a maximum cable length of 50m and has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 6m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 128 beams with a 14mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 36ms, and it is designed for a storage temperature range of -25 to +70°C. Connection types include a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver.
