Pilz PILZ-630747 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. It features a combination of an emitter and receiver pair, with a net height of 1433.2 mm and a protective height of 1350mm. The unit is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. Operating within the Basic sub-range, this model offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. It supports a maximum cable length of 50m and has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 6m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 144 beams with a 14mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 40ms / 0.04 s, and it is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0...+55 °C for operation and -25...+70 °C for storage.
