Pilz PILZ-630763 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting 30mm opaque objects across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and has a net height of 833.2 mm. This part is part of the Basic sub-range and features a protective height of 750mm with a degree of protection rated at IP65. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and a PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. Its sensing distance spans from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a power consumption of a maximum of 2.5 W for the emitter and 3.5 W for the receiver without load. The device features 40 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and operates at a wavelength of 950 nm. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C and includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 16ms / 0.016 s, with a resolution of 30mm for hand protection. Connection types include a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver.
