Pilz PILZ-630805 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection with a muting option. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and has a net height of 653 mm. This part features an emitter and receiver pair, with the emitter connecting via a 4-pin M12 connector and the receiver via a 5-pin M12 connector. It belongs to the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 500mm. The PILZ-630805 is IP65 rated, indicating protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and is constructed with an aluminium housing. The net width and depth are 35 mm and 41.2 mm, respectively. This safety light curtain has a sensing distance operating range of 0.5m to 50m and uses infrared LED light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The distance between its two beams is 515mm, designed specifically for detecting opaque objects for body protection. It can operate in storage temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C. Additionally, it features 2 digital outputs (500mA) for the receiver (OSSD outputs) and has a response time of 14ms or 0.014 seconds.
