Pilz PILZ-632045 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting 14mm opaque objects. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and has a net height of 1054 mm. This robust type emitter and receiver pair falls under the PSEN opII3F sub-range, featuring a protective height of 1050mm and a degree of protection rated at IP65. It utilizes a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver for connectivity. The supply voltage required is 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Constructed with an aluminium housing, zinc end cap, and a PC front screen, it has a maximum cable length of 50m, a net width of 35 mm, and a net depth of 40 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 8m, using infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is max 1.5 W for the emitter and max 2.5 W for the receiver without load. It features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 13.6ms with beam coding and 91.4ms. The ambient air temperature for storage is rated at -25 to +70°C, and the resolution is 14mm for finger protection.
