Pilz PILZ-750132 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety applications with two-hand monitoring type III C. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part has a net height of 98 mm, and it supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals. It requires a supply voltage of 40.8-264Vac for AC (with nominal voltages of 48Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 40.8-264Vdc for DC (with nominal voltages of 48Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, 250Vdc). The PILZ-750132, part of the PNOZ s6 sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, has a degree of protection of IP40, and is housed in a PC material. Its net depth is 120 mm, and it consumes 3.5 W of power. The operating mode includes dual-channel functionality with detection of shorts across contacts and feedback loop monitoring. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output) for 24Vdc at 20mA. The protection functions include detection of shorts across contacts, and it has 2 x digital inputs for 24Vdc at 15mA and 1 x feedback/reset input.
