Pilz PILZ-751189 is a safety relay designed for speed monitoring, standstill monitoring, and features a monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and can be mounted horizontally on top of a hat rail. The device operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C and has a net height of 100 mm. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 4A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 4A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection options include plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections, a USB 2.0 Mini for service connections, and an 8-pin female RJ45 connector for encoder connections. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nom.), belonging to the PNOZ s30 sub-range. Dimensions are W45mm x D120mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PC material, and the net width is 45 mm. Power consumption is rated at 5.5 W. Operating modes include automatic reset and manual reset.
