Part#:PILZ-751330
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:Electrical Safety Devices
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-751330 is a safety relay designed for safe brake control and monitoring, wear monitoring, and features selectable voltage reduction through pulse width modulation (PWM). It is intended for DIN rail mounting, specifically to be mounted horizontally on top of a hat rail, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. This part, belonging to the PNOZ s50 sub-range, measures 100 mm in height, 45 mm in width, and 120 mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It connects via plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and is housed in a PC material. The PILZ-751330 supports a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and 21.6-57.6Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc nominal; supply to 2-pole semiconductor output), consuming 18 W of power. Its digital outputs include 1 x 1-pole safety output for error (24Vdc; 0.1A), 2 x 1-pole safety outputs for power circuit status (24Vdc; 0.1A), 2 x test pulse outputs, 1 x voltage output (24Vdc; 0.1A), and 2 x 2-pole safety power outputs for mechanical brake or valves with specifications for continuous and overexcitation duty. Additionally, it features 4 x safe inputs for activating power outputs/fast shutdown (24Vdc; 3-10mA), 2 x 1-pole standard inputs for activating power outputs/slow shutdown (24Vdc; 3-10mA), and 2 x 1-pole standard inputs for feedback loops (24Vdc; 3-10mA).
