Pilz PILZ-772132 is a communications unit designed for Ethernet interface with two RJ45 connectors. It supports an automatic IP address configuration of 169.254.60.1 and is compatible with Modbus TCP protocol. This unit is equipped with galvanic isolation for both the fieldbus interface and the module voltage, ensuring functional insulation with a rated insulation voltage of 30V and a rated surge voltage of 500V. It is designed for DIN rail mounting, fitting a 35mmx7.5mm horizontal rail, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with it. The unit has a net height of 101.4 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 111 mm, housed in a green PC material. It supports a cable length of up to 100m per input and has a degree of protection rated at IP20. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc and 3.3Vdc, which is provided via the base unit, with a power consumption of 1W and a current consumption of 295mA from the supply. The communication speed supported is 10MBit/s or 100MBit/s, and it is designed to withstand an ambient air temperature for storage between -25 and +70°C.
