Pilz PILZ-773534 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width DIN rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with forced convection off. This unit features an airgap creepage of 3mm between relay contacts and 5.5mm between relay contacts and other circuits, ensuring separation and safety. It has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. The rated current specifications include 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15), with a maximum permitted total current of relay outputs at 12A over an ambient temperature of 50°C. Connection types include screw and spring-loaded terminals, accommodating wire cross-sections from 0.25 to 2.5mm2 for various configurations. The unit is classified under the Safe I/O module sub-range, with an IP20 degree of protection and a supply voltage requirement of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and 4.9-5.1Vdc (5Vdc nominal for module supply via base unit).
