Part#:PILZ-773614
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:Electrical Safety Devices
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-773614 is a safety I/O unit designed as a safety block decentralized I/O module that supports various loads including inductive, capacitive, and resistive, with the capability to handle short-term condensation during operation. It is intended for surface mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +60 °C. The unit has a net height of 133 mm and is classified as a standard/safety unit with a rated current of 4A for current load capacity at supply voltage, a permitted output current range of 0-0.6A, and a residual current of 0.02mA at a "0" signal. It features 4 x 5-pin M12 connectors for I/O ports and 4 x 5-pin M12 male and female connectors for the interface, all with a screw interlock. The degree of protection is IP67, and it operates on a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The material composition includes a plastic connector, TPU bottom, PBT/PC top, and a plastic threaded ring. The rated voltage (DC) is 7.5Vdc as the minimum threshold voltage when the signal changes from "1" to "0" and 11.5Vdc as the maximum threshold voltage when the signal changes from "0" to "1". The maximum cable length between test pulse output and input is 20m, with net dimensions of 61 mm in width and 31 mm in depth. Power consumption is 1.2 W for the output external power supply. The unit can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70 °C. It features 8 x digital outputs and 8 x digital inputs, with the outputs being 1-pole positive-switching semiconductor outputs (24Vdc; 0.5A; standard or test pulse) and the inputs being 24Vdc; 3mA; type 1 to EN 61131-2, with voltage ranges of -3 to +5Vdc at "0" and +15 to +30Vdc at "1". The processing time varies from 0.5 ms to 1.2 ms depending on the signal change, and the voltage drop at output is 0.2 V.
