Pilz PILZ-774180 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, pressure sensitive mat monitoring, ON-delay de-energization timer, delayed E-STOP monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features start-up testing with AND and OR inputs, self-test functionality, and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55°C, with a net height of 94 mm, rated current of 1.5A, and plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. This part falls under the PNOZ e4vp sub-range, with dimensions of W22.5mm x D121mm, and an IP40 degree of protection. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and ABS front housing. The net width is 22.5 mm.
