Pilz PILZ-774550 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, offering features such as safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 90 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage can range from 20.4 to 264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4 to 264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 5 W. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a selectable time delay, alongside 2 operating modes for enhanced flexibility. Digital inputs include 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input, supporting a variety of monitoring and control functions.
