Pilz PILZ-777076 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, pressure sensitive edge, and mat monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It supports plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and has a power consumption of 3.5 VA. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 6A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The supply voltage requirements are 204-264Vac (240Vac nominal) for AC and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for DC. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it includes 2 x instantaneous safety outputs, 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input. Its operating modes include automatic and manual start, and it is capable of detecting shorts across contacts, earth faults, and internal faults with pressure sensitive mats.
