Pilz PILZ-777083 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel safety relay contact expansion with an instantaneous contact expansion function. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 90 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 3.5 W. It belongs to the PZE 9P sub-range and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The material used for the housing is PPO with an ABS front housing. It features 8 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, alongside 2 digital inputs and 1 feedback loop input.
