Pilz PILZ-777305 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The relay operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and has a net height of 94 mm. It features safety output contacts rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4 to 264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4 to 264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), belonging to the PNOZ X2.7P sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the unit consumes 2W of power. Operating modes include single-channel without redundancy, dual-channel with and without detection of shorts across contacts, and monitored start. It has 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC), with 2 operating modes for protection functions and 2 x digital inputs plus 1 x start input for enhanced control and safety measures.
