Pilz PILZ-777307 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ X2.5P sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it has a net width of 22.5 mm and a depth of 121 mm. Power consumption is rated at 1.5 W. Its operating modes include detection of earth faults and shorts across contacts, with options for automatic or manual start. It provides 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, alongside protection functions for detecting shorts across contacts and 2 x digital inputs plus 1 x start input.
