Pilz PILZ-777308 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, and light beam device monitoring of type 2 and type 4, including monitored manual reset. It supports DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It features plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and has a supply voltage range of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 6A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 2.5 W. It offers 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary semiconductor output. The relay has 2 digital inputs and 2 start inputs, facilitating both automatic and monitored start modes, with the ability to connect contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays for increased contact availability.
