Pilz PILZ-777310 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring of type 2 (with or without test pulse) & type 4. It features a monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -20 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 94 mm and offers rated current safety output contacts ratings of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 6A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The supply voltage accommodates a wide range from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), belonging to the PNOZ X3P sub-range. Dimensions are specified as a width of 45mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 45 mm. Power consumption is 2.5 W, with a net depth of 121 mm. Operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit and dual-channel operation with detection of shorts across contacts. It supports automatic and monitored start modes. The unit can increase the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. Digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 8A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel) plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output; 24Vdc; 20mA). It features 2 operating modes for protection functions and has 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA) along with 2 x start inputs.
