Pilz PILZ-777500 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model, part of the PNOZ XV2P sub-range, measures 94mm in height, 45mm in width, and 121mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated for 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 4.5W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a selectable time delay, alongside 2 operating modes for enhanced flexibility in application. Digital inputs include 2 x digital inputs for signals, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input, supporting a variety of monitoring and control scenarios.
