Pilz PILZ-777600 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for type 2 and type 4, with or without test pulse. It features monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 94 mm and offers safety output contacts ratings of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it supports a supply voltage of 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). The PNOZ X9P sub-range part is housed in PPO with an ABS front, measuring 90 mm in width, with a degree of protection of IP40, and a depth of 121 mm. Power consumption is rated at 5.5 W. It offers various operating modes including automatic, manual, and monitored start, with the possibility to increase the number of available contacts through external modules. The device includes 7 x instantaneous safety outputs, 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, and 2 x auxiliary semiconductor outputs, alongside 2 operating modes for protection functions, and is equipped with 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
