Pilz PILZ-787950 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with standstill monitoring capabilities. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac for AC supply (with 24Vac, 120Vac, and 240Vac nominal values) and 20.4-264Vdc for DC supply (with 24Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, and 250Vdc nominal values). It belongs to the PSWZ X1P sub-range, measures 45mm in width, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. The frequency measuring range is 0-3kHz, and the housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. The rated voltage (AC) has a 0.02-0.5Vac/dc switching threshold per channel (Uon). The net width is 45 mm, with a power consumption of 3 W and a net depth of 121 mm. It operates in single-phase with 1 measuring circuit affecting both channels or in 3-phase with 2 redundant measuring circuits for channels 1 and 2, including voltage monitoring for failsafe operation in case of a short circuit. Digital outputs include 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO each with 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC with 2 N.C. contacts in series), plus 2 x auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs; 24Vdc; 20mA). Digital inputs feature 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 35mA) for 3-phase motor channel 1 (L1; L2; L3) or single-phase motor channel 2 (L2; L3), 1 x feedback loop input, and 1 x reset input.
