Pilz PILZ-837370 is a protection unit designed for 3-phase voltage monitoring, including overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring functions. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 87 mm and supports safety output contacts ratings from 0.1A to 5A at 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA) and 2A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 195.5-253Vac (230Vac nominal) within the S3UM sub-range, and the device dimensions are 22.5mm in width. It offers an IP40 degree of protection and operates across a frequency range of 40-400Hz. The housing is made of PPO material, and it is designed for a 3-phase (3AC) input network with a rated voltage (AC) of 415/460Vac for measuring voltage. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it has a power consumption of 1.5 W. The operating modes include fault latching/non-latching and normally energized/de-energized modes. The unit can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. It features 1 x delayed auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; 0.5-10s time-delay selectable for ON-delay energization), 1 x analog input for L1-L3 voltage measurement, and protection functions against undervoltage, overvoltage, phase sequence, phase failure, and asymmetry. Additionally, it includes 1 x automatic reset and 1 x switching commutation digital inputs.
