PULS ML90.200 is a power supply unit (PSU) / converter designed for AC/DC applications with DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70°C and adheres to NEC Class 2 design specifications. This unit offers a rated current of 3.75A at 24Vdc with a derating of 2W from +60°C to +70°C. It features spring-clamp connections for secure and efficient connectivity. The supply voltage accommodates a wide range from 323Vac to 576Vac, supporting various nominal voltages such as 380Vac, 400Vac, 415Vac, 440Vac, 480Vac, 500Vac, and 525Vac, with a frequency range of 47-63Hz and a 2-phase input. The dimensions of the ML90.200 are W72.5mm x H75mm x D103mm, constructed from a PC / ABS blend housing for durability. It is designed for a 2-phase AC network, with a net width of 72.5 mm. The rated power is 90W, and the output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc. Protection functions include an NTC for input inrush current limiting. The efficiency rates are 0.89 at 480Vac input and 0.895 at 400Vac input. Current consumption can reach up to 36A max inrush at 2x400Vac input and 45A peak max inrush at 2x480Vac input.
