PULS SLA4.100 is a power supply unit designed with a PFC compliant to EN 61000-3-2 standards, featuring a DC-OK relay contact output. It serves as an AS-Interface power supply unit (PSU) encased in a robust metal housing. This unit offers screw-clamp connections for secure installation and measures W73mm x H124mm x D102mm. It supports a wide range of supply voltages, including AC inputs from 85Vac-132Vac / 187Vac-264Vac across various nominal values and a DC input range of 240Vdc-300Vdc, with a rated current of 4A at 30.5Vdc. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -10...+70 °C. The SLA4.100 experiences a peak inrush current consumption of 49.7A at 230Vac input and 44.7A at 120Vac input, suitable for single-phase (1AC) or DC networks. It incorporates multiple protection functions, including output overvoltage protection up to 55Vdc max., NTC for input inrush current limiting, and overload/short-circuit protection with a current range of min. 4.2A to max. 6.5A, though it does not support series or parallel operation or ground-fault monitoring. The output voltage is fixed at 30.5Vdc, with an efficiency of 0.9 at 230Vac input, a hold time of 30ms at 100Vac input, power dissipation/losses at 13.5 W under full output load at 230Vac input, and a ripple of 50mVpp across 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω.
