Red Lion 714FXE6-SC-40 is an industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust and complex network environments. It supports SNMP v1, v2, and v3 along with Web Browser Management for easy configuration and monitoring. The switch features N-Ring Technology ensuring a 30ms healing time for network recovery, N-Link Redundant Ring Technology for enhanced network reliability, and N-View Monitoring Technology for real-time network status. It is equipped with EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging for industrial protocol support and offers IGMP Auto Configuration, 802.1Q tag VLAN, Port VLAN, 802.1p QoS, Port QoS for traffic prioritization, and Port Trunking and Mirroring for network optimization. The switch supports 802.1d, 802.1w, and 802.1D RSTP for network resilience, DHCP Server with Option 82 Relay, and IP Fallback for network flexibility. It also features Local Port IP Addressing, 802.1AB-2005 LLDP for device discovery, and MAC Address Based Filtering for enhanced security. The configurable alarm output contact is Normally Open (NO) with auxiliary contacts rated for 10-49Vdc. It includes 8 x RJ45 ports (10/100BaseTX) and 6 x Fiber optic SC connectors (single-mode, 100BaseFX) with a 40km rated optical fiber distance. The switch operates within a temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is housed in a metallic case suitable for DIN rail mounting. It is designed for Ethernet networks with 14 ports and incorporates ESD and Surge protection on power inputs, ensuring the durability of the N-Tron 700 series switch.
