Red Lion NT24k-10FXE2-SC-40-POE is a Gigabit (GbE/GigE) industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust and complex network environments. It features SNMP v1, v2, v3, and Web Browser Management for comprehensive control and monitoring. The switch supports SSH/SSL/HTTPS for secure communication, 802.1x with RADIUS for remote server authentication, and offers advanced redundancy with Multi-Member N-Ring Technology ensuring 30ms healing, alongside N-Link Redundant Ring Technology. It incorporates N-View Monitoring Technology for enhanced network visibility, EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging for industrial protocol integration, and IGMP Auto Configuration for efficient multicast traffic management. The device is equipped with 802.1Q tag VLAN and Port VLAN for network segmentation, 802.1p QoS and Port QoS for traffic prioritization, and SNTP for time synchronization. Additional features include an Event Log/Syslog for record keeping, Port Trunking for higher bandwidth links, Port Mirroring for network diagnostics, and supports 802.1d, 802.1w, 802.1D RSTP for network resilience. It operates as a DHCP Client and allows for Local Port IP Addressing. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C. The switch connects via 8 RJ45 ports supporting 10/100/1000BaseTX with IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) and 2 SC fiber optic connectors for single-mode 100BaseFX with a 40km rated optical fiber. Part of the N-Tron NT24k PoE series, it is housed in a metallic case, requires a supply voltage of 22-49Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc), and is designed for Ethernet communication with a connection capacity of 10-ports.
