Red Lion NT24k-12FXE4-SC-40-POE is a Gigabit (GbE/GigE) industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust and complex network environments. It features SNMP v1, v2, v3, and Web Browser Management for comprehensive control and monitoring. The switch supports SSH/SSL/HTTPS for secure communication, 802.1x with RADIUS for remote server authentication, and incorporates Multi-Member N-Ring Technology ensuring a 30ms healing time. It also offers N-Link Redundant Ring Technology, N-View Monitoring Technology, and EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging for enhanced network reliability and visibility. Configuration is facilitated through web configuration, IGMP Auto Configuration, 802.1Q tag VLAN, Port VLAN, 802.1p QoS, Port QoS, SNTP, and features an Event Log/Syslog for detailed network activity records. Additional functionalities include Port Trunking, Port Mirroring, and support for 802.1d, 802.1w, 802.1D RSTP, DHCP Client, and Local Port IP Addressing for flexible network setup and management. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C. The switch connects via 8 RJ45 ports supporting 10/100/1000BaseTX with IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) and 4 SC fiber optic connectors for single-mode 100BaseFX with a 40km rated optical fiber. It belongs to the N-Tron NT24k PoE series, is housed in a metallic case, and requires a supply voltage of 22-49Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc). The communication protocol is Ethernet, and it has a connection capacity of 12 ports.
