Pilz PILZ-750105 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel operation with two-hand monitoring type III C, suitable for DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 98 mm. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A for 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). This part features plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ s6 sub-range. With dimensions of W22.5mm x D120mm and a net width of 22.5 mm, it offers an IP40 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PC material. Power consumption is rated at 3.5 W. Its operating mode includes dual-channel functionality with detection of shorts across contacts and feedback loop monitoring. It has 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series), plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output; 24Vdc; 20mA). The protection functions include detection of shorts across contacts. It also features 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 15mA) and 1 x feedback/reset input.
