Pilz PILZ-750110 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module that features instantaneous contact expansion and ensures safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part has a net height of 98 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 120 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated for 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). It offers plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ s11 sub-range. The supply voltage requirement is 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it consumes 3W of power. The housing is made of PC material. It supports dual-channel operation with a PNOZsigma base unit via a PNOZsigma connector and single-channel operation without a base unit, where a 1-input circuit affects the output relays. The digital outputs include 8 x instantaneous safety outputs (8NO) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC), alongside 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 95mA).
