Product description
Pilz PILZ-773200 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, offering features such as safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 135 mm, with plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections for ease of installation. The PNOZ p1p sub-range model is encased in an ABS top housing and PPO bottom housing, ensuring a degree of protection of IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The operating modes include options for single-channel operation without redundancy, detecting earth faults in the start and input circuit, and dual-channel operation with redundancy, capable of detecting various faults including shorts across contacts. It features an automatic, manual, and monitored start modes. The relay provides 1 x instantaneous control output connected to the PNOZpower bus, 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs with semiconductor outputs (24Vdc; 50mA), 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 50mA), 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input, supporting 2 operating modes with or without detection of shorts across contacts.
