Red Lion 710FX2-ST is an industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust networking applications. It supports SNMP v1, v2, v3, and offers Web Browser Management for ease of configuration. The switch features N-Ring Technology with a 30ms healing time, N-Link Redundant Ring Technology, and N-View Monitoring Technology for enhanced network reliability and visibility. It is compatible with EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging and includes IGMP Auto Configuration, 802.1Q tag VLAN, Port VLAN, 802.1p QoS, Port QoS, Port Trunking, and Port Mirroring for comprehensive network management. The 710FX2-ST supports 802.1d, 802.1w, and 802.1D RSTP for network resilience, along with a DHCP Server with Option 82 Relay, Option 61, and IP Fallback for efficient network addressing. It offers Local Port IP Addressing, 802.1AB-2005 LLDP for device discovery, and MAC Address Based Filtering for port security. The switch has a configurable alarm output contact, supports Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts ranging from 10-49Vdc, and includes 8 x RJ45 ports (10/100BaseTX) plus 2 x Fiber optic ST connectors (multi-mode, 100BaseFX) with a 2km rated optical fiber distance. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +70°C and features ESD + Surge protection on power inputs. The 710FX2-ST is housed in a metallic case suitable for DIN rail mounting, designed for 10-ports network configurations within the N-Tron 700 series.
