Red Lion PXU100B0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It supports a network frequency of 50/60 Hz and features a design with relay control output, fitting a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) panel cutout, displaying information with 11mm orange and 7mm green digits. This model is powered by a supply voltage (AC) of 100-240Vac, accommodating a wide range of voltages including 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN in dimensions (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The controller has a frequency of 10Hz for analog input sampling rate and includes digital outputs: 1 x digital output (contact type 250Vac 3A) and 2 x digital outputs (contact type) for alarms. It features 1 x analog input supporting various signals (4-20mA / 0-20mA / 0-50mVdc / 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc / Thermocouple types T; E; J; K; R; S; B; N; L; U; TXK / RTD) with a 100ms sample period and 0.1...1° accuracy. Additionally, it is equipped with protection functions for heater current monitoring.
